We are excited to partner with you as you begin your journey toward becoming a stronger leader and teammate. Throughout this program, you will strengthen your self leadership, enhance your emotional intelligence, and develop the habits that lead to lasting personal and professional growth.

As part of your program, you will complete the Positive Intelligence (PQ) Saboteur Assessment. This assessment is designed to help you identify the internal thought patterns, known as Saboteurs, that can interfere with your effectiveness, relationships, decision making, and overall leadership performance.

Rather than measuring personality or ability, the Saboteur Assessment provides valuable insight into the mental habits that may be limiting your potential, especially during times of stress or pressure. By increasing your awareness of these patterns, you'll gain the foundation needed to respond to challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and intention throughout the program.

WHAT TO EXPECT

After completing your assessment, you will meet one on one with your assigned Performance Coach for a 45 minute virtual debrief session.

During your debrief, your coach will:

  • Review your assessment results and explain what they mean.

  • Help you identify how your Saboteurs may be influencing your leadership, communication, and decision making.

  • Prepare you for the learning and growth you'll experience in your upcoming High Performance Teams workshop.

This conversation is confidential and designed to provide personalized insights that will help you get the most value from the program.

NEXT STEPS

STEP 1 - Complete Your PQ Saboteur Assessment

You should have received an invitation email from noreply@positiveintelligence.com with instructions to complete your Positive Intelligence (PQ) Saboteur Assessment.

Please complete the assessment before scheduling your coaching debrief, as your coach will review your results during your session.

STEP 2 - Schedule Your Assessment Debrief

Once you have completed your Positive Intelligence (PQ) Saboteur Assessment, schedule your 45 minute Assessment Debrief with your PQ Performance Coach at a time that is convenient for you using the calendar below. Your Assessment Debrief must be completed prior to Session 1 of the High Performing Teams program.

Please select an appointment time that you are confident you can attend. Changes to your scheduled appointment require at least 24 business hours' notice. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 business hours' notice may not be eligible for rescheduling. One courtesy reschedule may be accommodated based on your coach's availability.
