We use the Leadership Effectiveness 360 Assessment, a multi-rater tool that gathers feedback from peers, direct reports, and supervisors to provide leaders with a comprehensive view of their strengths and development areas. This insight informs targeted coaching and accelerates measurable growth.

STEP 1 - Complete Your Coaching Intake Form

The intake form plays an important role in shaping our coaching roadmap and ensuring our sessions are tailored to your goals, priorities, and aspirations. We encourage you to complete it thoughtfully, as it will serve as the foundation for our work together. Before you begin, please note that this form does not save your progress, so we recommend setting aside uninterrupted time to complete it in one sitting.

STEP 2 - Schedule Your First Coaching Session

Once your intake form is complete, you may schedule your first coaching session at a time that works best for you. Coaching sessions are 60 minutes in length, confidential, and designed to support meaningful progress toward your goals. Sessions are scheduled a minimum of twice per month and may be held either in person or virtually, depending on your preference. Your first session will focus on building clarity, alignment, and a shared understanding of what you want to achieve through coaching.

FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE COACH

Keesha B. Buteau is the Founder of Beacon of Light, a coaching, consulting, and public speaking company dedicated to developing strong, emotionally intelligent, and strategically aligned leaders. With more than sixteen years of experience as a non-profit executive, facilitator, trainer, mentor, and coach, Keesha partners with organizations to strengthen leadership capacity, improve team dynamics, and create cultures where people and performance thrive.

Her coaching philosophy—often described as a balance of “the lion and the lamb”—combines strategic focus and bold accountability with empathy, transparency, and psychological safety. She is known for her ability to build trust quickly, facilitate meaningful conversations, and guide clients to break through limiting beliefs while developing the competencies required for long-term success.

Keesha is a member of the Positive Intelligence (PQ) Coaching Community, a DISC Assessment Practitioner, and leverages multiple leadership and behavioral assessment tools to help clients deepen self-awareness, increase emotional intelligence, and strengthen core leadership competencies.

She is deeply committed to helping those she coaches navigate challenges, embrace growth, and realize their full potential. Kristin Baer has over 20 years of experience in leadership development and training. She is a Certified Coach, Change Management Specialist, and Conflict Management Facilitator. Recognized as a LinkedIn Top Leadership Voice, Kristin helps leaders make a strategic impact by fostering transformational growth in themselves and their teams. She has served as a TEDx Co-Organizer and Speaker Coach for 27 speakers with the U.S. Air Force and is a Founding Member of The Coaching Collective with Crowd Doing, a global nonprofit supporting 3,000 volunteers advancing UN Sustainable Development Goals. As a certified Mindful Outdoor Guide, Kristin integrates practices that reduce stress and enhance overall well-being. She helps organizations invest in strategic approaches to build authentic, whole human connections that create workplaces of engagement and innovation, so leaders can fulfill their vision for impact.

Ta-Nikka is a credentialed executive coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a certified DISC practitioner, known for integrating leadership assessments and stakeholder engagement strategies with practical business insight.
